A SEAH training course provides hands on practice on GBV risks happening at the workplace. The two(2) day course enables you to gain basic knowledge of Gender Based Violence (GBV), an understanding of sexual exploitation (SE), sexual abuse (SA), sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and sexual harassment (SH) a risk at the workplace.
The six sections of the course takes you through prevention and response, SEA/SH and it’s manifestation, GBV risks and analysis, survivor centered approach, reporting protocols, case management, accountability framework in addressing GBV/SEAH risks.
